Payments are due as stated in the application and the Student Handbook. All payments should be made in a timely manner. FBC Academy strives to keep the cost of classes and programs at the lowest levels possible and yet provide the best quality instruction possible.

Please make checks payable to FBC Academy with your student’s name written in the memo line at the bottom of your check. Also, grades, assessments, evaluations, and test results will be withheld until full payment is made. Please remain in communication with the FBC Academy office concerning any financial hardships.
Additional Programs and Policies
Extra Curricular Enrichment Fee
Students in Grade 5 through 8 may have opportunities to engage in and learn some different life skills beyond the scholastic and Bible classroom. These are built into the regular school day but require some specialized instruction. During the first week of the educational year, these students and parents must decide where the student will spend the elective class period during the day. There will be both regular and enrichment opportunities offered. The enrichment opportunities may require an additional semester fee to cover the expenses of the specialized instruction. All regular and enrichment opportunities are attached to the grade reporting system of FBC Academy.
Extended Day Fees
An extended day is also available on an as needed basis for an added fee. Any hour outside of your Tuition Plan time is considered an as needed basis. Early drop off is available. Contact FBC Academy office for details. Any student not picked up by their Tuition Plan time will be charged a late fee for every five minutes. Please notify the FBC Academy office as soon as possible if you are going to be late.
Incidental Fees or Expenses
Other incidental fees (some optional and some expected) may be incurred during the school year. Parties, school photos, yearbooks, snacks, etc. could be expected of each family at various times of the educational year. Please communicate with the FBC Academy office if you experience a financial hardship with any of these incidentals.
Insufficient Funds
We do understand there are financial challenges which happen at various times in our life. Should a chargeback fee be assessed for insufficient funds – an additional $40 fee will be assessed to your account. Your account must then be brought current with all fees paid in full for the billing period.
